Travers and Olga started their coffee & baking journey in 2010 in Port Moresby, Papua new Guinea.
Duffy Coffee Roasters was set up in 2010 by Travers and Olga after they decided to launch a new coffee roasting business aside from their cafe and French bakery. This time their focus was squarely on flavour in the cup, sourced in a sustainable way. The ultimate goal is to create a coffee culture amongst the community in Port Moresby and is to improve the quality starting from green bean to roasted coffee and finishing by the perfect espresso.

Having been the pioneers and at the forefront of the coffee industry in Port Moresby for the last 3 years, their reputation has enhanced their education in all aspects of roasting, cupping, green coffee, increasing their demand as a Master Roasters to supply speciality coffee within Papua New Guinea.
Duffy Roasters’ core business is to empower the customer and share expertise on roasting. We aim to deliver good old fashioned service and a genuine commitment to satisfying the customer’s needs, as well as celebrate Papua New Guineas fine coffee.
