Discover the unique flavour of our special Honey Processed Coffee from the secluded villages of Lower Jimi in Jiwaka Province, Papua New Guinea.

Grown at elevations between 1500 and 1800 meters above sea level, these villages become inaccessible by road during the wet season. Originating with just six smallholder families, the coffee production has expanded to involve around 300 smallholder families across the Kuima and Deka villages.

With notes of mandarin, wild berries, milk chocolate and spices, this carefully selected blend is perfect for plunger, filter or espresso coffee.
